For SAMPRO customers
SAMPBX Support
Write a request in the customer portal at my.pbx.sam.pro. SAMPRO support replies there too, so the whole conversation about a request stays in one place.
Requests are written in the customer portal — you need to sign in.
How a request goes
You write a request
In the customer portal, after signing in.
Support replies
The reply appears in the portal, in your request.
An email arrives
“New reply to request #N” — without the reply’s text.
You read the reply
In the portal — and answer it if needed.
What to put in a request
The more precise the request, the faster the answer: fewer questions back and forth.
What happened
What you were doing and what went wrong. If there was an error message, copy its text.
When
The date and the approximate time. Does it happen again, and if so, how often.
Which license or PBX
Choose it in the request form, so support sees at once what it is about.
What you already tried
What you did yourself and what came of it. Then support will not suggest the same again.
Files cannot be attached to a request — describe everything in text.
How the reply arrives
Support replies in the customer portal, in your request. When there is a new reply, a short email arrives.
SAMPBX: new reply to request #N
You can read the reply in your customer portal.
my.pbx.sam.pro
The email does not contain the reply’s text: open the request in the portal and read the reply there.
No access to the portal?
There is no self-registration: your SAMPRO manager opens access. An invitation with a link arrives at your email — with it you set a password.
How to sign in to the customer portalFrequent questions
Answers about the customer portal and plans are now in the SAMPBX documentation — together with installing, setting up and maintaining the PBX.
